I think {wal} "vibrate, be in a state of vibration" may cover this, though I might describe the motion of a pendulum with {bI'}.
I think the very newly revealed word ler covers this.
Technically, lerchu' only refers to the rhythmic movement of something like a pendulum which is fixed at one end. I don't know if Klingons would extend this verb to cover, e.g. the oscillation of a laser. But I have no problem using it that way.
Derqa'taH might also work as well.
How recent is this word? I don't see it in either the KLI or KAG lists.
