A space telescope is a chuq'a' leghwI'. So a microscope is probably a chuqHom leghwI'.
But the most usual term for a telescope is not chuq'a' leghwI'; it's Hov tut. A chuq'a' leghwI' is a telescope in space and as such is pretty clearly a neologism.
Hov tut is listed as a very informal way of referring to a telescope. I don't follow how ^this argument invalidates the ^^analogy.
