This would be a good addition for a language like Klingon, but shouldn't this be classified as Language User?
I did find the category classifications a little confusing in this regard. It's not that I don't agree on this but, when it's an insult, is it really a language user…. or is that just an extra little bit of insult.
No, we still say {toDSaHpu'}, {qoHpu'}, {Qovpatlhpu'}. We don't use {-mey} to insult people; we only use it to imply that people are physically 'scattered everywhere' or 'all over the place'.

How about {roDu' ngelbogh qab'e'} "a face that attracts fists"? Heheh.
Ooops 'fists' is {ro'Du'}.
{roDu'} is 'torsos'.
