We already have a word for "Arabic"; it's in boQwI': {'arab Hol}. So I think it's pretty safe to assume that this is {'arab}.
Where and when did we got *'arab Hol*? I can't find it on the wiki, nor at https://www.kli.org/about-klingon/new-klingon-words/'/
According to boQwI', it was revealed at the Pittsburg Art Tour of 2016. But indeed, the word did not appear in the new words list of qepHom 2016, where all those words were published. Maybe Okrand skipped a line, or I did when transferring. Nevertheless, I checked the notes and this really came from Okrand: 'arab Hol is canon. — I'll update the wiki when I get the time.
Lieven: Great! I guess now the webmaster can remove this word from the chabal tetlh.
