Only somewhat relevant, but one time when I met @De'vID in Stockholm, we looked into if we could find any restaurant serving qeyvaq ghotI', which was how we referred to surströmming ("sour herring"). Unfortunately, only a handful of venues actually serve it, and only during qeyvaq ghotI' qImroq (surströmmingssäsongen), so we decided to go to an Italian place, instead.
Seems like something that could be easily described as f.ex. {ghotI' chang} or {QaDbogh ghotI' chang} or whatever part of the dish we want to emphasise. I'd also guess that most of us probably don't talk about it so often that we really need a succinct way to express this.
