Description/Reason:
Lutefisk is a Nordic gelatinaous fermentation of aged dried whitefish. My Norwegian friend says Klingons just might this foul dish.

Only somewhat relevant, but one time when I met @De'vID in Stockholm, we looked into if we could find any restaurant serving qeyvaq ghotI', which was how we referred to surströmming ("sour herring"). Unfortunately, only a handful of venues actually serve it, and only during qeyvaq ghotI' qImroq (surströmmingssäsongen), so we decided to go to an Italian place, instead.
