Yeast is a unicellular fungus – {'atlhqam}, but probably deserves its own word since "bread fungus" {tIr ngogh 'atlhqam} could refer either to the yeast used to make the bread, or the mold growing on the bread.
The notes in boQwI' for {'atlhqam} have it being found on animal feet or around trees. With the addition of {bewSom pa'} and {bewSom qach} in 2020, thought it might be useful to have a word specifically for brewing/baking yeast.
