The verb nIb means to be identical.
{chang'eng nIb} might work for identical twins.
Perhaps quqbogh puq chang'eng simultaneous child-pair
Maybe boghbogh qoch — being-born partner?
A qoch is a collaborative partner, not something or someone who happens to perform or undergo the same action together.
Inb4 the pun about 'labor', which only works in English. 😉
Since this seems to be popular, it would be helpful if whatever construction results from this could be extended to other simultaneously born sets of children, i.e. triplets, quadruplets etc.
