I see a lot of upvotes and downvotes on this one. Perhaps the original creator could clarify why this is requested. Or if anyone else has a reason why so.
I am not the original requester, but my guess is that they want to see if any sort of meaning can be established for the morpheme {-qay}. Look at what we got out of the {-Do'} request at the last qep'a' for the sort of thing they're probably hoping for.
