   Considering how others have commented on the use of words we already have in order to twist ourselves around an idea, I point out jeqmoH, as inadequate as I feel it is.

      I agree that it's inadequate, since there's no impaling going on here, for instance:

      HewvaD beb jeqmoH renwI'.
      The architect made the statue protrude from the roof.

   (qImyal has just stumbled off a roof).

   I think I got my point (har har) across, but were I to rewrite nuq bop bom, this word would definitely clarify this scene.
