Description/Reason:
Sudden loss of blood flow to a portion of the heart muscle, usually caused by arterial blockage, leading to tissue damage or death. ('Myocardial infarction' is another term for 'heart attack'.)

Do we need a new word just for "heart attack"? Can't we already say this pretty easily? There's probably ways to phrase this that are shorter than the actual term:
Myocardial infarction (8)= heart muscle tissue death caused by lack of blood (most often caused by a blocked artery)
tIq le'mIS (3) – heart blockage
tIq'e' lujmoHbogh le'mIS (7) – a heart that has been caused to fail by a blockage
tIq HeghchoHmoHlu'bogh (6) – a heart that is being caused to be dying
{le'mIS} means "(military) blockade" and it means "insulator", e.g. {'ul le'mIS}. It would be possible to read {tIq le'mIS} as "heart insulator".
You could say {tIq HuvHa'} "obstructed heart", but the condition is common enough and its etiology is complex enough (a heart attack is possible without arterial blockage) to warrant a specific term.
Ah, so it would have to be more like {'Iw le'mIS} meaning "blood blocker", in the same way {'ul le'mIS} is "electricity blocker
Perhaps {(tIq) mej'aD botlu'bogh} – "blocked (heart) artery".
While I have no objection to us getting a canon term for this, I'd rather it not use up one of the shorter word slots, as those are getting fewer and fewer.
