For a list of nouns, at least, there's a fairly established convention of using latlh je. No such thing for linking sentences though.
Though latlh je doesn't encode the notion that these things "go together" or "belong to the same category".
You might say rurbogh latlh je or Seghvam latlh je.
True for nouns, not for verbs/clauses/sentences. I admit I am intrigued by the novelty of introducing exotic conjunctions at this time.
