I propose {Say'moHwI' tlhagh tarleq}, HghHghHgh (yes, I'm one of those people). But well, Terran thing, we could probably just use a loanword.
I'm of the philosophy that there are millions of organisms on Kronos (and beyond) whose names we don't know, and which obviously would play a role in Klingon culture. And which could be used to add color and specificity to a text or utterance. Even if Klingons merely have something-cilantro-like-but-not-quite, it solves the dual problem of talking about stuff in our world and adding to the list of plants you might see in the wild in their world.
