Very specific Earth-thing, so it will probably end up being some sort of transliteration anyway.
But this one is particularly tricky, because you have a whole range of options. Do you transliterate from Hebrew? Greek? Aramaic? Federation Standard/English? Do you transliterate the name of Jesus himself?
Klingons would study the intellectual history of their rivals (in this case, Terrans). That means they'd talk about their religions. The notion that this is a Terran concept does not eliminate its strategic significance.
