Degh? Degh 'IH?
This is what I've always used for "badge" (one of those round things with a picture on it and a safety-pin type latch on the back), and a "brooch" is just a fancy "badge".
It's probably not farfetched that a culture that has names for specific kinds of amulets would differentiate a brooch.
