Description/Reason:
similar to {Deq} as an adjective, but expresses something isn't the noun. "I spoke to the non-Klingon." "The non-warriors were taken off the ship." "She studied non-quantum (i.e., classical) physics."

For names derived from verbs, you can already use -be'wI' I think, e.g. Suvbe'wI' for non-fighter. For the other cases I don't see an easy solution, but I don't think a verb (to use as an adjective) would work very well here, for the one-adjective rule. I suppose new name suffixes are out of the questions at this stage, maybe an adverb?
