Would a noun for cream be more useful? {be creamy} could simply be X rur (unless we have something for "texture").
In my opinion we do in fact need a word for texture in the abstract. Dairy cream could just be {nIm tlhagh [be creamy]}.
X rur wouldn't necessarily refer to the texture; it could refer to any other attribute of cream.
