Description/Reason:
A chemical element of atomic number 65. A lanthanide, never found in nature unbound to another element. Used in solid-state devices and actuators, and used to stabilize fuel cells. One of the most critical rare earth elements, currently in the news because it's sought after by Americans and Chinese alike.
