Multiple part nouns
In nouns like De’wI’ tIS, where tIS normally is an adjective, how should I attach noun suffixes? In bIQtIq the problem is solved by writing the syllables together, making a new noun.

You put the noun suffixes on the noun, unless it’s a type 5 suffix which would move to any verb acting as an adjective. This is explained in TKD, section 4.4 (I think, I don’t have my copy handy right now).
