qep’a’ Schedule

The schedule has been updated and is the correct schedule for 2017.

Please remember that while the times listed are never approximate, they may sometimes be inaccurate.  After the evening activites, the meeting room will be open for hanging out, playing games, etc.  Except for the pizza party, the cost of meals is NOT included with membership.  If you have a car we could use help with carpooling for suppers at local restaurants.

Please note that we will help arrange delivery of a lunch for you if you would like, but we have been asked to eat our lunches in the lobby instead of the meeting room.
