Yes, I express it so at the present time. If there is specific word for "bloom" in Klingon, I want to know it. Of course, Klingons seems not to be very interested in flowers, there is no word for "bloom", likely. I entrust an Okrand's decision.
Not canonical of course, but interesting: in Nick Nicholas's Much Ado About Nothing the verb used with blooming vegetation is jor explode.
