Hmm…I'm not against something like this in general, but I get the sense that if this existed, it would be used very differently than in English. Klingons already have (vulgar) invectives/swear words and (nonvulgar) replacement proverbs. So if they have a way to say "oops" it would theoretically have to be contextually distinct from those usages.
Isn't this {va}? That's what I've been using to say "oops" for the past 30 years.
The issue is that {va} is vulgar; it's an abbreviated form of {Qu'vatlh} – it isn't something you can just say in any situation, whereas "oops" is.
But, maybe Klingons don't say "oops", and utter a replacement proverb instead. I could go either way on this suggestion.
