It is unattested; that's all I can say of it.

My description makes the predicative mandatory because we don't know of 
any instances of a sentence that is only a pronoun. If one were to 
surface, then the predicative would also have to be considered optional.

However, because the topic of the copula is explicitly set at the end of 
the sentence, I have doubts that any topic would be allowed to be a 
header for a copula at any time.

Fortunately, there are few reasons to use a pronoun all by itself as a 
sentence. The primary one is to translate "I think, therefore I am" as 
{jIQub, vaj jIH}.
