I was considering your statement about people forming a macaronic 
Klinglish sentence in their head and then translating that.  bong

I agree that such a strange interpretation is not useful, and the 
fact that Klingons think of it as a pattern and not as oddly 
sequenced words is evidenced by the fact that 'u' tIn qIj Hoch tIn 
chIS means exactly the same thing.
