This means that "she does not know for sure that she translates perfectly". So she translates perfectly, but she doesn't know it yet. Is that 
what you wanna say? I don't think so.

Maybe you have to recast the whole thing, making two sentences. In Klingon, a bit shorter just like you explained above what you want to say:
   {chaq *she isn't certain of her translations and she fears that they may be wrong*}, 
   {'ach *she is none-the-less willing to allow everyone to see her actions, for better or worse.*}
