Hmm... {teq} "remove". Try {poDmoH} "clip" (not the same as {chip} "cut, trim [hair]"). *{pe'chu'} "perfectly cut, cut through, etc." could also work.

There's no simple noun, so I would go the {-ghach} route: *{muStaHghach}, *{muSqu'ghach}, etc.
