To indicate a time span, use {qaStaHvIS X} "While X is happening." To give a
"timestamp", use a statement of time (wa'Hu'} "yesterday", {DaHjaj} "today",
at the beginning of the sentence.

If you want to say, "It is important to me." say "It is important *for* me."
{jIHvaD potlh}

Another thing I've noticed in your posts is the misuse of {neH}.

When used on a verb, it trivializes the action:
{puq vIqIp neH} "I only hit the child." (It's not like it's a big deal.)

When used on a noun, it indicates that only that noun is involved.
{qaStaHvIS cha' jar, tlhIngan Hol neH vIghoj.}
"I've been learning only Klingon (and nothing else) for two months."
