Another common way to render this sort of thing:

qagh Sop 'e' vIqaSmoH.
I cause it to happen that he eats gagh (this works much better in Klingon
than the English sounds).
Literally: "He eats gagh; I cause that to happen."

As always, translate the concept originally; don't just follow a formula.
