Very close, but in the first phrase, you need the relative suffix to
express "those who", so it should be
tlhIngan Hol lutIvbogh nuvpu'vaD...
The second phrase is more usually expressed
naDev tlhIngan "Rock" bommey tu'lu'.
In fact, you have to put the {naDev} at the beginning; this
is where locative adverbs always go.
Then, since the first phrase is no longer an independent
sentence, you need to adjust the punctuation to join the
two phrases:
tlhIngan Hol lutIvbogh nuvpu'vaD, naDev tlhIngan "Rock" bommey tu'lu'.
