Welll, I don't think you can really say that. If you took three instances
of "my love" from English writing or speech, odds are good that all refer to
a romantic partner, but that's not all it can mean.
You might decide that /bang/ *tends* to mean a romantic partner. I'm not
sure I'd go that far.
We also have /parmaqqay/, which *does* mean a romantic partner.
