I think it's supposed to work as follows:
tuQ
wear (referring to clothes)
tuQHa'
take off (referring to clothes)
tuQHa'moH
undress (someone)
tuQmoH
dress (someone) ("cause someone to wear")
All of these are grammatical, and work within the entries given in TKD.
Thus:
tlhaqDaq tuQHa'
he takes off his chronometer
Some possible uses of the others:
mIv vItuQ.
I wear the helmet.
puq tuQmoH SoS.
The mother dresses the child.
'avwI' vul tuQHa'moH qama'.
The prisoner undresses the unconscious guard.
This sort of thing goes along with other action verbs using /-moH/. For
instance:
'IwlIj ghogh yIQoy!
Listen to the voice of your blood!
HIQoymoH!
Let me hear! (Literally, "Cause me to hear!")
