I looked at one attempt so far and winced a bit.
Meanwhile, I find this very difficult to translate because
it is not expressed very clearly in English, assuming that
context will fill in a lot of what is not said. It takes
some digging to got to the meaning from which I can
translate something that heavily relies of sentence
fragments in a kind of pseudo-sensationalist format that
would annoy any Klingon.
