RE: KLBC: *London*Daq lengwIj

: Since this is a title, it does not need to be a complete sentence, but I
: don't generally like to put a locative in front of another noun. It's a
: matter of personal style, but I think <*London* lengwIj> would work better.

In labels and titles -- which are just another type of {per} "label" after
all,
like {malja' per} "trademark" and {per yuD} "code name") -- it's perfectly
kosher. As pagh says, these are not complete sentences and do not pretend to
be anything other than brief identifying notes. Although Okrand doesn't use
{-Daq] in sentence fragments like this in the relatively few SkyBox card
titles, he does four times in the new KBP poster:

 muDDaq 'eDSeHcha lulaQlu'bogh : jav
 Atmospheric Take-Off/Landing Thrusters - 6

nISwI' talmey : cha' (telDaq lujomlu')
 Disruptor Cannon - (Wing Mounted)

nISwI' : cha' chang'engmey (telDaq lujomlu', nItebHa' lubaHlu')
Disruptor - 2 Pairs (Wing Mounted, Fire Linked)

 37. telDaq wovmoHwI'mey
    Wing Lights

As in English (and French)... chacun a son gout.
