In each of these cases, the noun with {-Daq} is part of a clause that
contains a verb. The relevant "sentence fragments" here are essentially
complete sentences with a Type 9 suffix on the verb.

This, however, *is* a noun phrase of the type being discussed. And it
is a disturbing one. :-/
