The Klingon word {lagh} referes to the rank of ensign, not an
insignia. One of the meanings of {Degh} is appropriate instead. The
verb {cha'} - show (on a screen) would be more precise than {'ang}
here, although {'ang} is not wrong.

Consider if {ghuv} suits your meaning better than {Sov}.
