For the record, in a situation like this when you're dealing with proper
names that are English (at least they are when YOU're dealing with them,
even though they may have started out Greek, etc), make sense in English,
and really have no business being Klingon, I'd rather you simply used the
English spellings in quotes or something than make me puzzle out how you
transliterated.  I recall Krankor once getting exasperated at someone
describing a cool new computer game, "Dum"; lacking other information, he
would have thought that the game was called "Dum" and not "Doom"!  True,
you give us this list, but still, you don't gain much by transliterating
the names, other than obfuscation, and that's not what we're about.
