What documented exception?
{jIH vIponglu'} means "One names me." What part of Klingon speech is
*qayrIS*, then? It's not an object. It's not a locative noun. It's not an
adverbial. It's not the subject. What is it? Actually, this doesn't work
because there is nowhere for it to go!
jIHvaD *qayrIS* ponglu'
*qayrIS* 'oH pongwIj'e'
These are the only two correct ways to say this.
