Watch out where you put {rut}. What you're saying here is "While I live
sometimes..." I would have put it before {'e'}: {rut 'e' vIQub} "sometimes I
think that". Also, {Qaybogh jo' vIDapu'} means "I behave like resources
which transfer", which isn't what you're after.

I would have said it this way: {wa' Daqvo' latlhDaq jo' vIQaytaH 'ej
vIQayHa'taH neH rut 'e' vIQub} "Sometimes I think that I am merely moving
resources from one place to another and moving them back".

>DIlbot: {naQHa'ghachwIj vormeH boq tay'qu' vInej 'e' vIwuqpu'.}

"I have decided that I will seek a more united alliance in order to cure my
incompleteness". Not bad! I'm a bit unsure about {boq tay'qu'}, but {-qu'}
may sometimes act with comparative or superlative force, I suppose, which
would make it more reasonable. Also, if Dilbert's talking about an active
decision he's made, {-ta'} may also be appropriate in the place of {-pu'}.

>Dogbert: "Blah, blah, blah."
>Doqbot: {...} (3)

Perhaps {chatlh, chatlh, chatlh} "nonsense, nonsense, nonsense"? ({chatlh}
literally means "thin stew, thick soup". It's from KGT.)

>Dilbert: "Maybe I'm doing it wrong."
>DIlbot: {chaq jInIDHa'.} (4)

{chaq jIta'Ha'} would also be possible.
