This seems to me, example enough that /Duj 'oSbogh mu''e'/ would work just
fine for the purposes of talking about words rather than the concepts they
depict... which is cool. We can put that baby to bed. :)

It may be a stretch, but I'm slightly inclined to thinking it's a question
of authority. Perhaps an /'oSwI'/ has effectively "the powers of
attorney", whereas a /Duy/ may be more of a "liaison" without as much
personal authority... /Duy'a'/ being an ambassador somewhat bears this
out.
