qep'a' hotel reservations

Apparently at least one hotel reservation slipped through the cracks at the site
of the upcoming qep'a'. It's since been caught, but it's got me wondering who
else might have made a reservation and then been misplaced.
So.... If you've made a reservation at the hotel, send me a quick bit of email.
Let me know who you are, and who (if anyone) is also scheduled to be in your
room. I can then cross check this info with the hotel and make sure you've got
a room! Just part of our cheerful friendly service.
Also, we're fast approaching the hotel's "official" deadline (which I just
learned of) for reservations. Now, since we're booking time during the middle
of the week there probably won't be a problem with any last minute reservations,
they should be able to put you SOMEWHERE. However, if you want to be plunked
down in the middle of the set of qep'a' rooms which are all together, then you
need to make your reservations now!
So, all you deadbeats who haven't gotten around to it yet, now's the time. Make
your reservation, send in your registration money, come to the banquet too.
