Detail: You can't use a verb suffix on an exclammation. But I
know what you meant...

Consider:
qaStaHvIS wa' jaj *Rome* chenmoHlu'ta'be'.
Note that there are no canon uses of {chen} without {-moH} that
I can remember. Still, one might argue that this could be:
qaStaHvIS wa' jaj chenta'be' *Rome*.
I still like the first of these two suggestions better.
