There's a phrase from an article about Klingon which appeared in "The
Guardian" which may be relevant:
Bulgaria/Italy vIparHa' jIH
Personally, I fancy Bulgaria/Italy.
At least, it's certainly the way I use {parHa'}.
(I've never been able to confirm the Klingon in that article by Ian Katz
[ca. 1990] was actually by Okrand, but it certainly "feels" right.)

Don't forget {'e'}:
bISum 'e' vItIv.
For a native speaker, the two phrases are automatic and would take
virtually the same amount of time to say. For that matter, these work just
as well:
bISummo' jIQuch.
I'm happy you're near (me).
bISummo' jIbel.
I'm pleased that you're near (me).

FYI: Among Klingonists, a common way to say this is {bangwI' SoH} "you are
my love (loved one)", {bangwI' ghaH} s/he is my love", etc. - which avoids
the problem of which verb to use.

"I have strong pleasures for him/her" ??
Even if Klingons would say this, the indirect object has to precede the OVS
string:
ghaHvaD belmey HoS vIghaj
>sexually. lol And a nice phrase comes to mind "puqloDwI', qaparHa'qu'."
This works. My examples with {bang} are probably inappropriate to use WRT
children.
