As used in canon:

   vISuqta'
   I have acquired it. TKD

   qa'vam jan yISuq.
[Acquire the Genesis Device!] (ST3 DVD case)

   ghewmey SuqQo'
   Don't catch any bugs!
(i.e. smuggler's code for "Good luck in avoiding border officials!") ST6

   vaj malopmeH tlhIHvaD nob SaSuqpu'
So to celebrate, I've gotten you all a gift. (Hallmark)

   HIja' [indecipherable gibberish] wISuqnIS
Yeah, we should get him [a thank you card]. (Hallmark)

   ghewmey tISuqQo'
   Don't catch any bugs. TKW

ngoQvam luchavmeH ghawran maghpu' be'nI'pu'. woQ luSuqmeH jIjpu'
    chaH romuluSngan'e' je.
To this end, the sisters have acted against Gowron, going as far
as to work with Romulan factions in order to gain power. S26

boq lucherDI' tlhIngan wo' romuluS Hov wo' je So'wI' cham Suqpu'
tlhIngan wo'.
Cloaking technology was gained through an alliance with the Romulan Star
Empire... S33

Cultural notes:

A number of different kinds of foods are mixed together, along with
various flavorful herbs, and the concoction (called {Su'lop}) is
fed to an animal. After just the right amount of time (a good cook
knows from experience when this is), the animal is killed and its
parts are used for various dishes, as would be expected. The stomach,
however, still contains the now partially digested {Su'lop}, which
is removed, used as a sauce (called {quD}), and served with great
flourish. To prepare a sauce in this manner is described as {Su'lop
Suqqa'} (literally, "reacquire {Su'lop}"), often shortened to just
   {Suqqa'}. (KGT 92f)

Related verbs:

   {chav} "achieve, gain"

And finally, it's not canon but ghunchu'wI' once translated this commonly
heard phrase, useful when indulging in curse warfare:

   yInna' yISuq
   Get a life!
