Because despite the number of people who have answered this thread, not
one -- including you, has actually ANSWERED the question: when referring to
the current weather, what is the subject of /SIS/?

This has nothing to do with my memory -- I've given plenty of opportunity
for people to answer the question.

So a Klingon sticks his hand out the window and announces, /SIS/.  You ask,
/SIS nuq?/  The Klingon, feeling patient, answers the question.  What is his
answer?
