Agreed, good to remember that.
I thought of {-Ha'} making the opposite, *tlhoy'Ha'* could mean "do not enough, do too few, to an
incessive (?) degree"
{*tlhoyHa'* bIqeqmo' bIjatlhchu'be'}
"because you practice too few you do not speak perfectly"
I think in english, one would say "not enough".
