Isn't this what publications like Qo'noS QonoS, jatmey, etc., are supposed to do:
expose the community to the actual use of the language by people acknowledged
to be good at it?

I still think your main problem is over-intellectualizing Klingon. For all
your postings, I see very little extended Klingon text.  yIQubQo'; yIvang jay'!

One of my life mottos is "It's easier to get forgiveness than permission".
It works that way here, too. Don't ask first, just use your best
interpretation in actual Klingon texts.  There's a good chance we won't
even notice any questionable innovations until we've grown to think of
them as totally reasonable. (heh).
