I think it was not made for that episode though.

Which all present some problems, because they are either ambiguous, or the definitions are too close to 
each other:

verbs:
  {noH} "judge, estimate"
ein/schätzen / ver- / beurteilen / rechtsprechen

is this used like
   {blahblah 'e' vInoH}
   "I estimate that ..." ?

  {'oD} "arbitrate, mediate"
ok: schlichten, vermitteln, entscheiden

nouns:  
  {bo'DIj} "court [of law]"
ok: "Gericht"

  {meqba'} [a type of Klingon legal proceeding]
how should I translate /that/?

  {ghIpDIj} "court martial"
ok: Kriegsgericht

  {ruv} "justice"
Recht?? Gerechtigkeit??

  {teblaw'} "jurisdiction" 
Rechtsprechung?? Zuständigkeit is unwahrscheinlich...

  {'oDwI'} "arbitrator, arbiter"
ok: Schlichter, Schiedsrichter, -mann

Quvar.
(I'm not nitpicking, this just *has* to be correct.)
