Hmm. I think no.
1. {Hoch maH} is literally "every us", but there is only one "us".
2. canon shows {nIn Hoch} "all the full", so {maH Hoch} means sth like "all
the we" or "everything of us". That *could* work, but I doubt it because
3. {Hoch} means "everybody" - and klingon is simple:
{may' ngeb tIv Hoch}
"Everyone enjoys a mock battle"
so
{qeqnIS Hoch}
"Everyone must practice"
I prefer a more general statement:
{reH qeqnISlu'}
"one always needs to pratice"
or, to make it a bit funny, adapt a know proverb:
{reH qeqrup SuvwI''a'}
"A warrior is always prepared to practice."
