No, he can't. The sounds do interfere, one cannot move his tongue so fast. And if you do, there will
be automatically a vowel added.

Many languages do this. For instance, Turkish has included the english word "steam" in its
vocabulary, but its written "istim", starting with a vowel, so it's easier :-)

That one is also nice! It is pronouncible because it follows the Klingon word structure "cvc"
(consonant-vowel-consonant): *DI-ghav-lov*
But it doesn't have to be exact. Actually, it's even not possible to find a 100% transliteration.
For instance, just look at the Terran name "Michael": in english, they say *may-qel*, german: *mi-
Ha-eel*, or *mi-Sa-eel*, french: *mi-qa-el*... Now what's the Klingon version of this??
Or, if you want to stay on Kronos:
{Qo'noS} is not pronounced "Kronos"
{tera'} is not pronounced "Terra"
{DuraS} is not pronounced "Duras"
{ghawran} is not pronounced "Gowron"
{vIqSIS} is not pronounced "Vixis"
{mogh} is not pronounced "Mogh"
{wo'rIv} is not pronounced "Worf"
etc.
