Only Drahflow can answer that.  If that is true, then the final 'v'
would be dropped and a decision must be made to hold the 'o' or cut it
off.  "DIghavlo" or "DIghavlo'"  Assuming the intent is to approximate
the same sound in Klingon phonetics.
